How do I get my raffle tickets for the Giving Wreaths?

You will receive your raffle tickets via inter-department mail.

Does my gift count towards my team’s participation goal?

Gifts made between 12/4 and 12/18 count towards the Team Participation Challenge. The RUSH Copley Foundation automatically tracks participation within departments.

Will I receive a receipt for my contribution?

You will receive an email receipt from RUSH Copley Foundation.

Can I make a gift via Payroll Deduction or check?

Please contact Lisa Lapinski at 630-978-4948 or email at lisa_lapinski@rush.edu to coordinate payroll deduction. Please make your check payable to RUSH Copley Foundation. In the memo line, please include your Employee ID and mail your check to RUSH Copley Foundation, 2040 Ogden Ave, Suite 101, Aurora, IL 60504. To ensure we receive your donation by the end of the campaign on 12/18, please feel free to bring your check to the Foundation Suite.
