Rush Copley Health Equity Programs

Copley Community Care Fund: Donations directly support patients with post-acute services like prescriptions, clothing, bus passes and simple homecare equipment like canes, weight scales, and walkers that allow those in need to be discharged safely. This assistance helps low-income patients manage their health and avoid readmission.

Dr. Santosh Gill Fox Valley Heart Fund: Donations support cardiovascular services for the underserved through diabetes education, an annual heart walk, AED donations to local nonprofits, weight scales for patients with heart failure, and nursing scholarships.

Lynn and Bob Barclay Big Heart Family Fund: Support health and safety equipment like car seats, diapers, thermometers, play yards, parenting and children's books, to help our pediatric patients and their families who are in need of extra support. The leaders of this program (physicians and staff) also promote early literacy and school readiness in the pediatric offices by providing a free book on every visit from 6 months through 5 years of age!

Promise Pantry: This fund addresses the significant challenges of food insecurity in our community by supplying nonperishable food items to patients in need through eight micro-pantries throughout Rush Copley.
